Prelaunch status

equivo is a working name in prelaunch. Real estate brokerage services will be offered only through properly licensed entities and professionals once licensing and compliance review are complete.

Calculators and examples

All calculators and examples are illustrative estimates, not offers, guarantees, appraisals, or loan quotes. Commissions are negotiable. The minimum retained buyer brokerage fee is $3,995. When the buyer’s loan type prohibits rebates, no rebate is paid and equivo retains all compensation received, as disclosed in the written agreement. Buyer rebate estimates are capped at $20,000, never exceed compensation received less the agreed fee, and vary by transaction. Rebates are subject to written agreements, lender approval, settlement limits, and applicable law. They are generally closing credits, not guaranteed cash or down-payment funds.
